Pue are sweet nuggety delight quite distinct to Uttarakhand. Prepared with the base of semolina (Soojee), this is a cuisine that is prepared on special occasions (any occasion often does when you develop a little sweet tooth).
Our premixes are prepared from traditional ingredients and spices to bypass the initial preparation.
Pour the premix into a bowl and add water, mix to prepared and fry to enjoy the crisp little delights.
With the same premix, if deep fried in nuggets it is called Pue and if fried in helix format, is know Singal.
