Mungodi (Pack of 3)
What separates Pahadi Mungodi from its cousins available in other parts across India, is the distinct form, shape and taste achieved by the long effort put in preparing the mungodi itself (crushed moong daal made into a fine paste, shaped into small drops and then sundried for days). It is further added with spices and roasted flour to get a rich brothy dish rich in protein.Our premixes are prepared from traditional ingredients to bypass the initial preparation. Just add water and ghee (purified butter) and cook in about 30 minutes to enjoy of a simple yet elegant dish.The dish tastes great with both Roti and Basmati on any given day.
Order a pack of 3 - would suffice for 6-10 people (especially when you have people coming over) or simply enjoy the taste for multiple days to come.
Each pack weighs 125g and would make a big bowl of mungodi - good for 2 to 3 people.
