Bade (Dal ke)
Cooked generally on special occasions, Bade (Black gram based fritters) are traditionally made in a much loved donut shape and are generally had with staple meals or as a snack. The preparation requires a lengthy process of crushing the lentils (split black gram/Urad daal) into a semi-ground powder which is then marinated and mixed with authentic spices. .
Our premixes are prepared from traditional ingredients and spices to bypass the initial preparation. Pour the premix into a bowl, add water, mix well and fry to enjoy the crispy golden-brown fritters
