Coriander sourced from the Himalayan villages of Uttarakhand and ground using the traditional stream or water based stone grinding mills called ‘Ghat’ or ‘Gharaat’s. The process ensures consistent grinding speed and low heat, thus preserving the essential oil, flavour and other nutrition benefits of the spice.
